I absolutely love Beppi's! The crust is perfect—crispy on the outside and warm and soft on the inside. It's so delicious. They also typically offer a great selection of beers from Michigan breweries, along with a full bar. The service is excellent, and the atmosphere is enjoyable, enhanced by live music as well.

When the pizzas finally came, they had the wrong toppings, and when I inquired about it, the waitress didn't respond. All she had to do was acknowledge my question, but instead, she just walked away. Other staff members attempted to help us by providing refills and cups for one guest who went nearly the entire meal without a drink. My glass had a hole in it and was leaking all over the table, yet the waitress seemed indifferent to it—no surprise there. Despite our repeated attempts to get her attention, she would look at us and then turn away, but was clearly attentive to her other tables. Overall, it was a frustrating experience. The ambiance was lovely, and the two men playing guitar and singing were fantastic. If I were to rate the restaurant based solely on these aspects, it would earn a five-star rating. However, the service was so poor that it unfortunately deserves only one star.
