Papa Johns Pizza - Glen Burnie

This is my favorite pizza place. The food is consistently excellent, the staff is always friendly, and it's a fantastic spot for lunch, dinner, or late-night snacks (you have to try the cinnamon dessert; it’s amazing). I stopped by tonight and was assisted by possibly the nicest employee I've ever met—I'm pretty sure his name was Shaun. He welcomed me when I entered, was incredibly pleasant and attentive during my visit, and ensured my food was ready on time. Overall, he provided outstanding customer service. Please keep doing what you’re doing; you all are wonderful!

After experiencing some disappointing orders a few months ago, we decided to give this place another try. I’m happy to report that the food was fantastic tonight! Their no-contact delivery service is excellent. If you're a fan of jalapeño poppers, definitely try the rolls! The only minor issues we encountered were that the pizzas weren't cut all the way through, so we had to re-cut them ourselves. Additionally, the breadsticks were quite thick and a bit doughy in the center, but they still tasted great!

Fast, convenient, and incredibly tasty! It might be a little pricier, but given that I didn’t have to prepare anything myself, it's definitely worth it. And that cinnamon dessert—if you’re watching your diet, you might want to pass on it; it’s simply irresistible! The young woman who brought us our food provided outstanding customer service!

I had a fantastic delivery experience during the pandemic, and I want to give a special mention to the driver for delivering promptly despite the snowstorm, along with his exceptional customer service. It was genuinely a wonderful experience, and I will certainly be ordering from this restaurant again in the future.
