Subway - Glen Burnie

First, the girl that served me barely speaks english. You are in Us but you do not even try it! You think everybody speaks Spanish?GET OVER IT it is not the case!Secondly, the old guy/ manager charged me before even finishing my order. Third the cherry on the cake , the mighty COCKROACH is their colleague at the trash bin! Keep it going!

I am giving a one star because of the customer service. I have been patronizing this location at least twice a month for the last 5 years and always order a vegetable pizza. When I order a veggie pizza I get onions, black olives, green peppers, and tomatoes on it. I always ask for extra black olives. I was so disgusted on my last visit. The manager charged me an extra .25 cents for asking for extra black olives. I have NEVER had to pay extra for asking for one extra vegetable. I will never ever visit this location again. This is not the time for a manager to be an a! and charge a customer for extra veggies. At any time you (the manager) could be out of a job due to covid. Restaurants and stores are closing up left and right.

The sandwich was okay, but the server was light on adding veggies. The place is dirty. BIG boxes are everywhere at the entrance. Next to the serving area was a steel contraption covered with some kind of dirty insulation. I won't go back. I hope I don't get sick.

This restaurant is just average. The food was decent, but they don’t accept coupons and not everything on the menu is available. The service was satisfactory as well.

I will never return to this restaurant or recommend it to anyone. It would be wise for law enforcement to investigate how he manages his business, as it appears he is breaking laws. I also plan to contact health officials about this establishment. It's unfortunate that the two ladies working there are very pleasant and have to deal with such an unkind person. It would be better if management could at least attempt to hide their treatment of employees from customers, as it was extremely evident. Overall, this reflects poorly on the business and is simply unacceptable.
