Contribuisci feedbackMust make a booking, it’s highly sort after and busy! Perfect venue for both intimate dining and larger groups for a sharing feast! The food was delicious. We had the prawn betel leaf, DIY duck spring rolls and a massaman curry! The staff were so fringes off their feet the service was abit ordinary. We ordered a bottle of wine which took over 40 minutes to arrive after asking staff another two times for it. We had finished our entrees before we received our alcohol! Was abit disappointing. It seems only your waitress is interested in helping you, the others have their own tables to worry about. When our wine arrived, a bottle of gerwertztraminer, it was room temperature, the waitress didn’t inform us there wasn’t any cold bottles. This was pretty poor. Despite the slow service, the food was amazing and great serving sizes.
I was a bit skeptical of Thai food on an island but the food here was **** amazing! Strongly recommend the sticky lamb ribs and the banana and chocolate spring rolls for dessert. Honestly best ribs I’ve ever had! So full of flavour and would love to go back! Recommend making a restaurant booking in advance as it’s always very busy.
We dined at Coco Chu last night for dinner and it was beautiful, the food was amazing. What made our dining experience so pleasing was the wonderful service we received from our waitress Bella. She was very friendly, positive and her knowledge of the menu and recommendations were second to none!! So far the best service we’ve received on the island was from Bella. It is service like this that makes a wonderful holiday complete!!
A beautiful setting, delicious food and to top it off our waitress Bella was a delight. My husband has severe food allergies which often makes dining out a nightmare for him. Bella was so helpful and accommodating. She found out exactly what he could eat and came back with a list of options. We will definitely go back and hope we have Bella serving us when we do!
Best food on Hamo hands down! Haven’t had good fusion Asian food since leaving Melbourne two years ago. So glad we got a booking here. Hot tip. Book ahead. Save room to taste everything!
