Subway - Glen Rose

I entered the restaurant and placed my order, but had to wait in line for 15 minutes as there were four people ahead of me. The lady who was making the sandwich, who also happened to be the manager, was rude to a few customers. The music was so loud that it was difficult to communicate with the staff. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience. The service, food quality, and atmosphere were all rated as a 1 out of 5. The average price per person for a meal was between $10-$20, and I had dined in for lunch.

I placed an online order for pick-up. I attempted to pick it up an hour later as it showed ready, but it was not ready and the manager (Ashley) was extremely rude. We asked for a refund as we couldn't wait any longer. There was no justification for the rudeness, as we understood the store was busy.

This is the best Subway I have ever been to! I won't go to any other. The food was excellent, the service was top-notch, and the atmosphere was perfect. I highly recommend it.

Overall, the food was decent but the service and atmosphere were lacking. I would suggest the restaurant improve their efficiency and prioritize orders to provide a better experience for customers. This location was awesome—generous portions, fresh food, and they did a great job getting us our food quickly!
