The lady who was making the sandwich, who also happened to be the manager, was rude to a few customers. The music was so loud that it was difficult to communicate with the staff. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience. The service, food quality, and atmosphere were all rated as a 1 out of 5. The average price per person for a meal was between $10-$20, and I had dined in for lunch.
I placed an online order for pick-up. I attempted to pick it up an hour later as it showed ready, but it was not ready and the manager (Ashley) was extremely rude. We asked for a refund as we couldn't wait any longer. There was no justification for the rudeness, as we understood the store was busy.
This is the best Subway I have ever been to! I won't go to any other. The food was excellent, the service was top-notch, and the atmosphere was perfect. I highly recommend it.

This location was awesome—generous portions, fresh food, and they did a great job getting us our food quickly!
