The staff went above and beyond to provide a warm, friendly, and exceptionally cooperative experience. Special mentions go to Emmy, Nolan, and the delightful smiling girl, who ensured our stay was truly unforgettable. Emmy even graciously assisted us with laundry, knowing we were traveling with an infant. The breakfast spread was indulgent, and we were particularly enamored by the artistic coffee crafted by Nolan. We couldn't help but wish we had extended our stay. Rest assured, we'll be returning to this gem, and we wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone venturing to Simons Town.
This hotel is such a gem, its beautiful and a lovely location on the main street through Simonstown. The only downside is they don't have a generator connected to the bedrooms for load shedding, but this didn't affect us much at all! Emmy and her team are fantastically welcoming, we really enjoyed our short stay.
Had high tea here for my partners birthday. They had decorated the table with items of her favorite color. Delicious croissants, quiche and scones and a wide selection of tea or mimosas. Very good service, and a very friendly and efficient manageress (much best than the previous idiot). Would highly recommend for high tea, breakfast (great omlettes) or for a function.
Went to an awesome wedding today!! Congratulations to Emmy and her SUPERB team. What a special day it was. Great food, service on steroids and well priced drinks. Top effort all round!! Ps: the brekkie is killer too. Wonderful rooms, comfortable and quiet.
Good location of the hotel, but I was disappointed to see we got the room without any windows looking out, which is my fault. The room was cozy, though, with a good bed. The bathroom, on the other hand, was not properly cleaned before we came there, so I was a bit put off by that. No soundproofing in the hotel rooms makes it very unpersonal as you can hear everything the other people are doing in their rooms and vice versa. The breakfast was amazing, especially the french toast and the scones, so it's definitely a big plus there. We also had some live piano entertainment on ome of the nights which was very good.
