Panda Express - Glendale

Fast food can be quite challenging, especially when you’re working at a Chinese restaurant known for its consistent quality and dealing with a constant stream of hungry, grumpy, and demanding customers. A rating of 3.6?! Seriously? Some of you customers really need to reconsider your behavior! And for the love of God, can someone please provide these employees with the support they need?

I scheduled my food for pickup at 1:00 PM, but it was prepared at 10:43 AM. When I arrived, the restaurant was empty, which is unusual for this place. The day after my visit, several employees are experiencing upset stomachs and possibly food poisoning. The food was not fresh, and I certainly won’t be returning to this Panda Express anytime soon.

I had to wait quite a while for my food. Unfortunately, about 75% of the time, the white rice isn't fully cooked and remains a bit crunchy. That said, everything else is fantastic!

Usually I like Panda Express because they are usually fresh, but not this place! The rice tasted overdone and cooked with lard without taste, and the ducks were dry. Probably not be back, even if this place is the next where I live..

Stood for roughly 5 minutes while employees stand and laugh in the back about whatever. Usually they're on top of it. Ordered orange chicken and it came pretty spicy for some reason. Not impressed today.
