Contribuisci feedbackWe had the worst experience with the staff in this facility today at 5:30-6:00 clock. he was extremely rude and unprofessional. we tried to borrow the chair from the load for my sick nephew who had just his chemo while we were to buy ice, he called us and said: "Don't take the chair out of the load"! we said that we simply let him sit because he is sick” he called back and said: “I don’t care and he can sit on the floor!” I don’t think this type of behavior is acceptable and the management should act on it. worst experience ever!
Went here for a fast dessert fix, actually did not know how to load operated. so impressed by the idea of blending with its selected ice floor/fine. it is too expensive, even compared to the other shops. some ice cream flavors were best averaged. platz would be crowded, we bet in the summer. great experience in the did!
The personal was very nice and offered us to try new dinge, unfortunately this was a little hit, but I still enjoyed it. if they are looking for ice in the night and near them, I recommend them.
As usual cold rock is awesome, cant go past cold rock on a hot summers eve. Staff are always smiling and its always nice and cool inside.
Went here for a quicky dessert fix, actually didn’t know how this store operated. So impressed by the idea of mix-ins with your selected ice cream base/flavour. However, it’s too pricey even compared from the other stores. Some ice cream flavour were average at best. Place would be crowded,we bet, during summer. Great experience indeed!
