Contribuisci feedbackIs it really possible to get your order wrong twice? Apparently, it is at this location. I ordered a wake-up wrap with sausage and a hot coffee, but I had to go back for sugar the first time and then again for the sausage.
I'm not sure what's going on at this location lately. It used to be wonderful, but the service has really declined. I've noticed extremely slow service during the morning shift, particularly between 9 and 10:30 AM. There's a new woman at the counter who could benefit from additional training in accuracy and efficiency to help keep the line moving. However, the other staff members here are fantastic!
The staff here are extremely polite and skilled, but unfortunately, the store seems to be overlooked by the corporate office and lacks essential supplies. Items like coffee creamer, coffee cup carriers, croissants, bacon, sugar, milk of any kind, and flavoring are often in short supply. I truly believe this location has the potential to be great if they received more frequent deliveries, as they frequently run out of various items.
The donuts were fresh, the coffee was decent, and the staff were friendly.
Is this the area for the Chicago franchise? The size of the donuts has decreased while the prices have risen dramatically. $1.45 for a small jelly donut that's often barely filled! As a native Bostonian, I now prefer Mariano's supermarket bakery for my donuts. They sell a jelly-filled donut that's almost twice as large for just 89 cents (it was 79 cents until recently), and their coffee is comparable to, if not better than, Dunkin'.
