Contribuisci feedbackWhen I first entered and even after a few more visits, I sang the praise of this place. good food, great burger, cheese and speck waffel fries to die. then at once, I listen to a really shitty eating. they have changed to a cheaper, nacho style cheese on the waffelfries instead of the crushed cheddar. I had to ask the cheddar and that seemed to be the waitress. her black and blue burger was formerly choke with cajun and was wonderful, so hot and spicy! this time there was hardly any spicy applied and after mentioning the waitress/bartender that it was choking the waitress told me that the cook said that he was much on. really?! very disappointing. the owner, T.J, stopped at the table, looked at the burger and agreed with me that there was not enough spicy. he asked me if I liked another one I rejected, because at this point we were all pretty well finished with meal times. what he should have done was at least a part of the cost of the burger, but instead I have to pay full price for a meal that I only eat half. very lame. it seems as if they begin to get cheap with their budgets and the attitude is that I could take care less, I really do not need their business. Does the waitress want the people to keep their mouth, behave and not come back, or does she want honest people who tell her how it is, and type good for good service and eat? I had great hopes on this place and told everyone how good it was. now I find myself quite spattered, especially by the settings. in a conversation with my wife soon after, T.J told her that the waitress thought I was a laune and that he didn't need my business. this is a nice thing to say from a customer who sings her lobgesang and brings them business! If you don't need me, I definitely don't need you T.J! be sure that I'll put the word out to stay away! there they have people when they think a complaining or the bartender/worships, they are a laune, they just don't need their business. what this guy really needs is the business that depends on his father. tony ruggiero would have done this as the profi he is while his son seems to have some more lections on his vater side in what it takes to lead a successful business.
Great food with a beautiful atmosphere. The best wings. The afterburners are delicious.
Eating (my salad) was just ok, not big enough for me, and was $2.00 every cup of coffee?? That was stupid!
