Dunkin' - Gloucester

Cold brew is good but the kiosk ordering really sucks. If I wanted to order that way I would have done it on my phone. No one stepped up to help me so I started using it just to have people go ahead of me in line when someone finally did step up to theregister. Kiosk ordering sucks.

I have no idea why I keep receiving caramel and milk instead of coffee. I am tired of driving away from the restaurant only to discover that my drink doesn't even have coffee in it. It's frustrating.

Whenever this restaurant has donuts available, they are always fresh and moist. There is usually a long line, especially since the Rockport location closed, but the staff is friendly. However, the line can cause traffic issues on Eastern Ave and even inconvenience those who just want a quick donut on their way to work at 8am.

The service was excellent. They quickly prepared a large order for lifeguards at Good Harbor Beach, getting everything ready in just 10 minutes.

Always loved the staff but was shocked they don't allow you to buy a cup of just ice at this dunks...my dog was hot after his run but couldn't get him ice cubes.
