Too bad about this last remaining dinosaur of the Gocher Schnellimbiss scene. The quality has significantly diminished.

An institution in Goch. Have eaten there as a child and still do this in adulthood.

Typical dishes for a Pommes Bude at reasonable prices. Good quality, friendly staff, long opening hours.

I never value restaurants or the like, because my time is too bad for such a thing, but yesterday's incident in this Pommesbude has moved me to formulate this review. I gave up my order by phone. They told me my food was ready in 10 minutes. So I made my way shortly after ordering. Once there I said that I had ordered by phone and what I ordered. The service asked me if it was the order for 8 p.m., which I answered with yes, as it was also time. I didn't know that this lady had accepted several orders for 8:00 and I couldn't know. She said she was busy with my order and soon finished. The lady then put everything on the counter and said my order was ready. Arriving at home, I had to realize that I was given a completely wrong order. Anything can happen is not a world failure. So I called again to let you know you gave me a wrong order. Now it comes. The employee's answer: "This is your fault! "As mentioned above, I could not imagine that one has received several orders for one and the same time. If this is the case and I wonder if I would like to pick up the order for 8 a.m., however, several orders were accepted for this time, then I have to ask myself what order it is, especially since I initially even said what I ordered. The lady remained stubborn, you don't want to make my order again. There was no conflict to be expected. Very disappointing. I would like to emphasise once again that this can happen, but with such a circumstance one is different, namely customer-oriented! After this incident it was absolutely the last time that we ordered something there.

I'm coming out of money, and there's also some fries. I've been going to this Pommesbude for about 25 years. Friendly staff and incredibly fast done. It tastes very good there. If you don't like to wait, you'll have the opportunity to call there. For there are days there you can see the snake from outside. Good tip who wants a really delicious meal. Selection is large
