I come several times a year to Apex to observe various cultural events. The team of the Apex works professionally and very accommodating!!

Always like that! Super delicious, varied and regional dishes at fair prices, friendly staff, special requests (allergenic) are taken into account. A hygienic concept that calms. I'd like to wear the jacket. Soon when you can open again!!!

Very delicious, fresh and seasonal dishes to me products from the region. Inside rustic and always well visited, a reservation is recommended. A visit is worth it!
