Contribuisci feedbackWe were the only customers in the restaurant, yet it took an hour for them to bring our salad and soup. The service was poor, but they did offer a discount on the bill.
We visited on Easter Sunday and had a wonderful experience with their buffet-style dining. It was excellent! Just a note that reservations are required.
The restaurant was largely empty, yet the service was surprisingly slow. We frequently ran out of water and had to ask for refills. Not all of our dishes were brought out, as they seemed to have been overlooked. We even found a fly in a glass of water, which was unsettling. The food took a long time to arrive, and the menu prices were inflated for what was generally just mediocre fare. I wouldn't recommend this place unless you absolutely need to leave the hotel; even then, be aware that you might struggle to get water!
Our party of 5 was really disappointed. it was called a Christmas buffet, but really all they had was a kind of any kind of food (except for the protein). kartoffeln (was tasty), green beans (okay) and truthahnbrust (like fake) and sink (also considered as a falsification). salatbar was nothing spectacular. it was the kind they would see in every chain restaurant. desserts were delicious, but somewhat overly sweet. I guess I expected a nicely decorated table with a lot of food, but if you look at their description, we have exactly what they said we would. not a good choice for dinner Christmas evening with guests from the city.
Horrible food!! very disappointed we drove from Parker to eat here on Christmas. Food tasted as if it came out of a can.
