Tropical Smoothie Cafe Goldsboro

I love this place and used to come here all the time. It's been a while since I've been and it's definitely gone down in standards after my visit today. Food is still delicious and smoothies tasty but the atmosphere is different. The place smelled like a port-a-potty or old mop water so i took it to-go. There seem to only be teenagers there who didn't wash their hands the whole time I was waiting and one girl kept scratching her head with her nails and continuing to pour smoothies and hand them out. Love the place, just hope the cleaning standards go back to what they were!

Ordered the Tai chicken salad. Used doordash. Unfortunately when you tell a customer that you use romaine lettuce and it's supposed to be fresh and use packaged iceberg mix I will give 1 star. Item is not what is promided. This was not romaine.

Great service! they were busy but they were finished and were all very nice.

The workers were quite rude! not a single greeted customers as they entered into the load! I felt like I didn't want the three of them looking at me when I entered. none of them smiled or said hello! I only give 3 stars because the smoothie was amazing! the chicken in the quesadilla was well seasoned and tasty! if they could get more pleasant workers, or the training they have better, I would like to go back there! from now on, not sure I will visit again. price

I came in and ordered 2 smoothies and the store was dead no other customers. We stood and waited for 20 minutes after ordering our smoothies. 20 minutes before the workers even bothered to stop talking and playing around to ask us what we were waiting for and then it still took another almost 10 for them to make the smoothies we had ALREADY ORDERED. I am so angry and upset that this is what has become of this smoothie bar. I use to love, love coming to this place and getting smoothies. Not anymore. After tonight I will not be coming back. The management of this place needs to take a hard look at their employees and clean house if they hope to bring this smoothie bar back to how amazing it was before.
