Great American Cookies - Gonzales

Fantastic staff! I usually don't write reviews, but I felt compelled to share the excellent service I received. They managed to make me a cake in just under two hours, and I couldn't be happier—there were no complaints, and it looked and tasted amazing! I had a wonderful experience.

Two days before my birthday, I ordered a cookie cake for pickup. However, when I arrived to get it, they had no record of my order. Thankfully, Caishia, the manager, stepped in and made one on the spot! I really appreciate her quick action, which turned what could have been a disaster into a delightful experience. Thank you!

Jayden and Bridget provided outstanding service; they truly went above and beyond for me and my friend. We had a wonderful experience, and the cookies were fantastic!
