Contribuisci feedbackThis restaurant was not very busy with walk-in customers and orders were only taken at the counter. It was around midday when a staff member emerged from the back room to serve the customers. It seems like they need to hire more staff. Hopefully, they will hire more employees and treat them well so they can better serve the public.
I waited in my car for 15 minutes before finally deciding to place an order at the drive-thru. When I drove up to the window, I noticed that the entire staff was gathered at the front counter, all of them occupied with their phones. One employee even leaned out of the drive-thru window to speak with me. It seemed like they were more focused on their phones than on taking my order.
I would not recommend going to this restaurant. I enjoy Jack's, but this place could have been more helpful for travelers passing through the area. The customer service was okay, but it could have been better.
Beautiful lady I've ever met in the speaker box. he made our day so crowded her and extra dollar and told her to keep the change. food was fresh and warm
This is probably the worst location in the entire United States. Not only have I had issues at the location, but Door Dash too. These employees are lazy, rude and just unprofessional.I blame management. Hands down. Learn how to run your business or find someone else who can!
