The Salad Station - Gonzales

I love the Salad Station and don't stop by here often enough! I've never seen a salad bar with more options, and the variety gives you the option to build anything from a healthy and minimalist salad to a gargantuan meat covered masterpiece. They also have four or five soups daily as well as a small hot bar with potatoes and several other options. Highly recommended!

I have zero complaints about this place. The ingredients look and taste fresh and fantastic. I never knew I wanted roasted garlic in my salad but it's my new go-to.

I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of options, the quality of the meat, and the helpful staff. I also appreciated how clean the restaurant was. It’s definitely the best spot in town for salads, with dressings that taste homemade. They offer soup, a potato bar, baked chicken, and vegetables, all sold by weight at very reasonable prices. Great job!

I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of meats, cheeses, and hot toppings available for the salads! The soups and dressings were all fresh as well. I will definitely be back soon!

Regarding service, it was excellent. The staff was friendly and efficient, and they were always busy with their tasks instead of socializing. However, I noticed that there was only one person managing online orders, and at times she was the only one at the salad bar. Having a few more staff members available at the salad bar would have been beneficial. The food was decent—I'd say it was good, but not exceptional. It was fresh, and the place was clean and well-maintained. This was my second visit to a Salad Station, and I still haven't discovered my favorite menu item, but it’s definitely a solid option for a healthy meal.
