Pizza Hut - Goose Creek

I have ordered both online and over the phone, and my food is always on time, correct, and delicious! The staff here are also very friendly and helpful. I really hope they open their indoor dining soon!

Alex was quick and attentive, providing excellent service. The management team was around and kindly informed me that they would prepare a special Veggie Pizza with Jalapenos for us, which was amazing. On that particular day, I was in a rush as I had several errands to run: I needed to pick up a rental car from Hertz, head to Myrtle Beach for the SPIWAR First Robotics FLL (First Lego League), and pick up a prescription from Publix, all during the busy lunch hours. Despite the chaos, they executed a fantastic buffet, and Alex was outstanding. I recall that Alison used to manage this place, along with some other wonderful staff, though I can’t remember all their names. According to Alex, the top management consists of individuals above the general manager level, like a district manager or even someone high up in Pizza Hut for the entire Southeast region. I didn’t catch their names, but they were incredibly kind and down-to-earth.

Today I downloaded the Pizza Hut app on my phone. The app interface was intuitive. It worked exactly as I expected. As soon as I came to the restaurant, my food was ready when it was saying it was, and the hostess was one of the most friendly I met in every restaurant lately. The food was hot and fresh and tasty

The pizza used to taste terrible here, but now it's amazing! It’s so delicious and fresh. I always order the crab on the side.
