Koizen Omakase Room - Gothenburg

An experience in him and as a bonus amazing food! The visit was just through inspiring and soo delicious. The cook was ready to tell us about the process of making food as well as information about it and the restaurant. I hope everyone visits and will be safe again! A visit is so much more than just really nice food.

After my third visit, I can just say that this is my favorite restaurant in Sweden. The food is exceptionally prepared and takes care of everything I have seen. For some, the Omakase menu may seem abit expensive, but is justified by having an experience hard to forget. All that food is prepared to converse with the two very talented chefs.

Honestly, the best sushi I've ever had. Each session is an experience and extremely wonderful.

Amazing food, delicious drinks, good mood, nice music and attentive and friendly staff. The new cook, Shu, is brilliant. Go here, you won't regret it.

Really enjoyed my birthday dinner here. I loved all the sushi served and the whole experience. The fish was very fresh and expertly prepared. I especially loved the fatty tuna and the Arctic Char. The place is quite small so it's important to book in advance. They have opened up a new location and I'm eager to try the new restaurant too which has a larger kitchen and the same chef. I know they are also popular this coming Christmas season so definitely look into booking ahead.
