Mr Lac - Gothenburg

I accidentally found the Asian restaurant Mr. Lac. Actually, I wanted dinner in another restaurant that was closed so I spontaneously entered Mr. Lac. I was very welcome by the waitress. The restaurant has an exceptional design that is hip and modern with great colours and colours. A black wall has about 100 Waving cats that is not cheesy at all, but really an eye catcher. But we come to the most important, the food: the menu offers a fusion of Chinese and Thai cuisine. I had red curry with chicken, that was really excellent! Finally, the staff is very friendly and in the best positive sense near the guest and the food is moderate for Swedish conditions. That is why I can definitely recommend Mr Lac!

Note this place a few times as it is very local where I live, tried tonight with my girlfriend and was blown away with the place! Food was 5/5, the staff was nice, and great atmosphere and Deco inside! The prices were also very reasonable! It'll be very soon!

One of my most popular Asian places in Gothenburg. Food and presentation are excellent, staff is friendly, and the interior is beautiful and innovative (especially the wall of Good Luck cats)

The food was okay and nothing special. But can’t be sure since I’m not a good reference for Asian cuisines. Staff was nice and atmosphere was also eye catching.

First try did gave us mixed feelings. Great location. Lovely backyard. Fun decorations and interior design. Now to the food. The sweet and sour salmon was to sweet. The salmon was overcooked. The fried tofu with mushrooms was to salty. The selection of dishes was a bit dull. Service was nothing special, like so many other Swedish restaurants.
