Such as a great experience! The food is seriously good, the wines are excellent and there is a good range to choose from. I loved the choice of fixed menus (we had the five course menu). The music was brilliant too. But the star, the real star, is the sole front of house person. He was so engaging and never missed a beat. This wee restaurant is perfect. The only thing I’m mad about is that it looks like the people of Göteborg does not know what a star they have in their own backyard. The evening was perfect. A long time since I’ve experienced such good wine pairings. And the casual behavior of the person that served us (Sorry, I forgot your name) was spot on. Valde 5 rätters is bred with the wine box. The Mat was mycket good och vällagad with rättt propera portion. A härlig mixing of olika smaker. Wenet was ok but canteen inte the bästa matching all Tila rätter. Three personal but lite väl parordiga about mat och drip. Stället was mystical with amazing spellista! It as a tar from the fjärde stjärnan was the sällskapen broadly as facetimade högljutt multia tillfällen. Hade önskat lite mercenary to andra table. Really good experience. We had the 7 course menu with the wine- and juicemenu. Excellent tastes, good size of the dishes. The meat (Ox) was so so tender, the cod was perfectly cooked. And the small cheesy palate cleansing balls was a great surprise. We definitely recommend Somm
