St Pierre's Sushi Bento Bowl

Great little spot! The guy who served me was very tall and had a fantastic sense of humor. The rest of the staff were friendly as well. They were all busy making high-quality sushi. I tried the teriyaki chicken on rice, and it was an incredible deal. Personally, I would have liked a bit more salt on the rice, but it was still quite tasty. Overall, it was a really enjoyable experience.

I was served by a fantastic young woman named Irish, who was incredibly patient and kind. The customer service was outstanding. I give it 5 stars!

The restaurant has a spacious seating area for customers, but the parking situation is inadequate. The food is quite ordinary and similar to what you would find in various shops throughout Christchurch city. Only soft drinks are available at the restaurant. There were no standout dishes to recommend, and the writer did not stay long due to the lack of unique offerings.

The staff here are wonderful, always greeting you with warm smiles and eager to assist in any way they can. Plus, the Chicken Rice Ball was absolutely delicious!

If I could give this Sushi Bar zero stars, I definitely would, as it truly doesn't deserve any rating—it’s that disappointing. I live nearby and have visited this St Pierre's multiple times. The customer service is severely lacking; the staff often stare blankly at you while you wait to be served. The manager, a man with glasses, has been rude on several occasions simply for asking if some sushi could be made fresh, as they haven't bothered to prepare any. In my opinion, they need to let the manager go because the staff look completely miserable, and it’s clear that nobody wants to be there. I've had enough and will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. It’s really unacceptable. Upper management needs to take action quickly, as you’re losing customers at an alarming rate.
