I ordered a Margherita pizza and fettuccine ragu bolognese takeaway. First of all the dough was flat and dense, it tasted like a biscuit cracker. They also added mint instead of basil?! It was an awful combination. The ragu tasted bland and acidic, like tomato puree straight from a can with minced meat. Unfortunately it was a disappointing experience. The chef was very present and checking in to see if everything was good which was great but we felt the food wasn’t up to the usual standard of an Italian restaurant and decor etc was quite dated and random. We had 6 people eating and every person didn’t really like their meal and it wasn’t cheap. Nice staff but wouldn’t go back personally. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

The front of house staff were very slow and really not very good with Italian cuisine, we have travelled Italy with family from Sicily to Milan and never in 30 yrs of travel had cold meat and buffalo mozzarella on a pizza. If it is the way it is in your restaurant we this you should let your customers know on your menu. Your wine list doesn't tell you the wine brand where it comes from or what year it was vintage. Overpriced for what you get there only advantage is quality but if can't get the pizza right how can you get anything else correct. Not an Italian we would revisit with the other we frequent that tell you all you need to know about what you are getting. Nice place but not appealing for many reasons.
