Absolutely terrible. We called to place our delivery order tonight and had the unfortunate experience with the rude lady mentioned in countless negative online reviews for this restaurant. She yelled at me when I tried to ask a simple question...an article that is incorrectly listed on her online menu to hurry (among others). She was very unprofessional, the worst person I've ever treated as a paying customer. The food took two hours to arrive. We live under 5 km from the restaurant a nine-minute drive. My husband called twice after I gave the order to see if the food still comes, just to scream from the same woman I had spoken to. Most companies would apologize for a bad service, but he was shouted because it was frustrated. After reading all the negative reviews about similar situations that people had with this place, I am surprised that they are able to treat people as they do. I imagine the proximity to military posts and the fact that people feel like they don't have many delivery options in the area plays a major role. Personally we will never order from them again. Make yourself a favor and order from Fusion Garden in Grafenwoehr. They do not deliver, but we have ordered them for three years and have always been treated with respect and consistency. And her food is amazing. Avoid the Chinese i(restaurant) in Graf, if possible!!

We recently had a work related lunch here and worked out really well. The waiter took our drink orders upon arrival and they were promptly delivered. We all headed to the buffet table and loaded up. The food was fresh, tasty and plenty. After...eating the first plate by the way, the duck was OUTSTANDING I went back for more. Equally delicious. I didn't try any dessert or sushi, but it did look inviting. Good price I think I paid around 10euro.
