I went to this restaurant based on its recommendation by the Michelin guide. I never trust this guide blindly, but they were spot on with this restaurant. I went there twice. This is a very special place, even its location is out of the ordinary, a small shop not in the center, touristy part of Granada but almost out in the suburbs. I had to go there and back by cab. The restaurant serves only seafood and fish plus a few vegetable dishes as starters tapas. No meat dishes, not even desserts. The seafood and fish were of the best quality and were cooked simply, steamed, grilled or fried. Patrons were mostly local Spanish people. The prawns and baby squids from Motril were brilliant. The grilled hake was also delicious. All were grilled and drizzled with olive oil and a bit of pesto. See photos. Antonio was my waiter for both lunches. His recommendations for both food and wine were excellent. I will go back to this place next time I’m in Granada.
The place is small. They have very friendly stuff. But the prices are very high. Like average beer is 6-8€ a glass and a huge minus is that they don’t have tapas.
This tiny place used to be a traditional tapas bar. No tapas any more (must be one of the few places in Granada where they don't). Fish and seafood is fresh and beautifully cooked. However, portions are quite small, and everything is very overpriced. Not the kind of place to go if you're hungry. A bit disappointed overall.
