Had many hard to find products in their snack area. Bought a vegan mac and polenta fries. Both were great. Dessert was also delicious. The staff was so beautiful. I can get back here!
Sweet beet is such a jewel. My partner and I usually go a few times a month and treat us some delicious tomb and go meals (and sweets). Some of the articles are a bit expensive, but it is worth it. The custom cakes are amazing! Note: We think it is such a testimony to the owner's talent that in addition to all the products that are vegan, they are also gluten-free, soy free, peanut free, organic and not GMO.
Impressive food, small menu. They have all kinds of vegan food, on the food side, including a large vegetable cheese selection. All vegan! I have the No Egg Salad Sandwich, which was very satisfied. Unfortunately gluten-free only bread, but it was actually quite good. Tested a peanut butter cupcake thing that had a dry dough, but it was compensated for by the incredibly good and rich frosting. Still could use a bit of work on reducing the dryness of the dough, although (I had vegan cupcakes before, even gluten-free, that were some of the fluffiest, most humid I ever had). Also tried the Chickpea of Sea Sandwich, Mini Cupcake, which was pretty good. The Italian rainbow cookies were good, but a little dry texture of the cake. Strawberry funfetti donut was amazing. Sunnut butter chocolate tree was good, but the butter inside could have been better.
Come for the baked goods, come back repeatedly for the full menu. The staff are gracious and attentive, the food quality is great, and the market items are varied and interesting. Good support for local products, too. But above all: the baked goods. Seriously.
