Stopped here for something to eat on our way home from grand bend. We ordered a medium Canadian pizza a coke and a bottle of water. Thought I was in Toronto when it came to $23 lol.Pizza took a while but when it came toppings were fresh and it did taste a little better than those $5 ones. We didn't get the ice cream there, but it did seem to be popular, so maybe next time we will try the ice cream instead.
This pizza hit the spot after traveling all day! We finished our meal with ice cream and they offer several kinds of homemade ice cream, the coffee flavor was delicious! One thing we noticed was that the staff was mostly young, very motivated and energetic. They did a great job!
My Family and I are Camping nearby! While we were out running a few errands. We decided to stop and eat here since it was past lunch, thinking it would save us some time of having to hurry and get back to camp to make lunch. We have been in town many times before and past by, also seen advertising for their food, homemade ice cream and ice. We ordered 2 bacon cheese burgers and made them combos, fries and a drink, 1 grilled chicken burger combo and 1 kids burger combo. I asked the girl if the chicken burgers were frozen white meat chicken and she said No! Clearly all the burgers were from frozen boxed meat!! The fries were Ok...but all of the ketchup bottles were empty, they give you no napkins, no condiments on the the burger or on the side. You have bring it all to your table inside or outside, going back in to leave your food get cold. While I'm sure they have had many happy customers, I should have saved the $50 it cost and spent it at the grocery store, since it was one of our errands.
Stopped in for a quick burger toward the end of the day. The burger was cooked good, unfortunately in ontario we have no choice as to the doneness of our burgers (big brother looking out for us..lol) but it was cooked through, but still had juice coming, so that's about the best you could ask for in Ontario.. lol It's a burger place, don't expect anything to fancy and you'll be fine. The burger itself was a bit bland, could have used some seasoning, but it was a real burger, you could see how the meat came out of the grinder and was formed into a patty without a lot of working the meat till it becomes mush... so the burger was a good burger. We would stop again, but it's not a "must do" place. I had a cheese burger combo.. with taxes in was 15.00... so an average bill for a burger i guess...
