New Orleans Pizza - Grand Bend

Well you've just lost a loyal customer of 7 years. Nothing wrong with the pizza but twice in the last few months, there was a problem with our order. The first time the order was very late and wrong. 2nd delivery , still wrong. When the 3rd order was finally delivered close to 10 pm, it was still wrong. The girl on the phone was totally useless and snippy. I'd give her a -10 for customer service.The second time was 2 nights ago. I ordered pizza at 6:20. When I called around 7:30 to find out where it was, I was told that it was scheduled to go out for 8 pm. When I placed the order she told me that it would be on the 7 pm delivery. We live just around the corner so we're usually the first delivery. Anyways, this girl argued with me, did not accept any responsibility and hung up on me twice. I'm sure it was the same girl in both instances. I will never order from New Orleans Pizza again unless this girl no longer works there or is never allowed to answer the phone. It's a shame because we've always enjoyed the pizza and we've never had any problems until recently.

First timer Last timer here! I want so bad to give benefit of doubt considering pizza place in July, on a Friday in Grand Bend. However, this was an awful experience food. Walked in 4:45pm to order 2 pizzas and garlic bread. Employee shared we don 't sell garlic bread so I 'm not sure what you are looking at . Umm the menu board says Garlic Bread. Not great first experience. I did patiently wait for 45 minutes after I was told 20 but really no big deal. However, get back to cottage and it 's the wrong pizza.. drive back after calling. Exchanged the pizza for proper one.Lastly, more disappointing than what I 've listed is the pizza/bread was not good. Extremely well done. The crust on bottom of pizza pretty much black and the cheese on too also burnt.Tough dinner for our group. We ate what we could but resorted to hotdogs.

Service was friendly and courteous. The pizza was very reasonably priced and piping hot when received (take out). The pizza itself was quite doughy and the toppings were somewhat sparse. The cheese and sauce did not cover the whole pizza leaving a fairly large crust. It was ready quite quickly (but considering there were very few customers not surprising). If you want something inexpensive and filling, then you get what you pay for. Unlikely to return.
