Arby's - Grand Junction

A bit too slow on the service from the order to the delivery. eating was not hot at the arrival. the personal seems hard to try, but something is missing.

Waited 10 minutes in the drive thru then made me move forward and wait another 10 minutes and they were not short on the staff

Employees are always friendly! faster service. but not my favorite arbys. the limonade here has never tasted.

Ordered the new Hushpuppy Breaded Fish Strips and it was terrible! Little triangles it looked nothing like the advertisement. Saggy and it came with curly fries that were over cooked. Disappointing.

I’d give it 0 stars if I could, found a huge thing of hair in my food and when I ask for the sandwich to be replaced I just got stared at and was told “yeah we’ll get you it soon” then walked away no sorry or even a sense of apology. Management needs to get it together
