I must edit my review. The manager reached out to me and apologized for the failure to answer the phone. Said it was because they have been very busy and some employees had quit so they were short handed. I still think that answering the phone or listening to messages is important as they probably lost some business by not responding. However, he was most helpful and actually delivered my order to my mother after business hours. I so appreciated that, as she is quite elderly and getting out is very difficult for her and not safe in the winter. The food is good but customer service stinks. I order a turkey breast for my mother to pick up at curbside and they don’t answer their phone so she can let them know she is there. In fact, apparently they never answer their phone because their mailbox is full.

The ladies working are amazing! The food is always good. However my mom and I have eaten here two times in the past month and the soda machine has been broken. We asked the employees and they said they need the owners to put in a work order. We would love to be able to eat our yummy sandwiches with a ice cold coke.

Called for days with questions on the ham portions nobody at any time answered or called back when not busy busy time of year so I get it

The best part of purchasing a sliced turkey breast for Thanksgiving was talking to Carol the manager a few weeks ago. When we went to get it, it was an uncomfortable experience. Juan and a new gal with a bunch of piercings waited on us. I had to tell them 3 times what I ordered/wanted. They didn’t have a clue. The card reader wasn’t working properly and the tap option wouldn’t work either. We tried the turkey the next day and were totally grossed out by what looked like a vein running through the entire 3-lb. breast. We had to cut it out with an apple corer. We will never go back!

I have been keeping them to myself. The lunch menu is awesome. I love the cob salad. The honeymustard is the best I have ever had. I will be back sone for a family meal. I was back in today for another Cob salad and it was great. I also saw a sign for a new family sandwich meal it looks great.
