We had an exceptional experience at this restaurant. Having visited several establishments in Grand Case, we can confidently say that this is one of the best. The food was authentic and the service was amazing. The veal and filet main courses were perfect, as were the onion soup and baked goat cheese appetizers. The dining room was very charming and tastefully decorated. We are usually very picky when it comes to dining out, but this was definitely a great choice.
We had a great evening at the restaurant! I ordered the lamb chops, which were delicious. My wife enjoyed a half lobster thermidor with drawn butter, while my brother chose the beef tajine with slow-cooked beef shank in a flavorful sauce with vegetables. For dessert, we had crème brûlée and profiteroles. The service was friendly and excellent, and our server was a true asset to the restaurant.
Very happy with our dinner this evening. Happy, relaxed buzzy atmosphere, wonderful food and warm service. Very welcoming to families.
Bistrot Caraibes is special. Anything short of a 5 star review would be a travesty. Its a VERY tough call where one should eat in Grand Case if you only had one meal there so stay longer! But you must include BC in your experience.
