Johnny's - Grandville

Hi I am a local business owner and have been coming in this store at 3960 28th st. Sw for many years along with many other local business owners and residents. In the last 8 months I ve seen this store gradually go down further and further and have personally seen myself several incidents all coming from the general maneger that has taken over. I have seen this maneger yell at customers and verbally abuse his employees. I have seen with my own eyes as he makes his employees do his work as a maneger. He has ran this store down and continues to do so and I just can't keep watching him do this and nothing be said. I am a very respectfull well liked community involved business owner in the Grandville area I work with first responder and try to serve my local resident the best I know how. The local Grandville police used to come in everyday to get coffee along with myself for many years and now all because how Chris the appointed general manager treats the customers they have stopped. Please look into replacing this General Manager and give the locals there store back. Thank you. And Cj the prior store maneger your locals miss you.
