Dera Indian Restaurant - GRANGE

We had a friendly waiter who assisted us in ordering and even prevented us from ordering too much! The Korma, rogan josh, and extras were perfectly cooked. The takeout window was busy, but we were satisfied with our table service.

We have been loyal customers of Dera's for several years, but unfortunately the quality has declined. Our most recent experience was disappointing - the meat was tough, the papadams were stale, and the sauce for the entree was watery. To make matters worse, there was only one other table dining, and they also complained about the food. When we brought up our concerns, all we received was a simple apology. It is with regret that we have decided to end our relationship with Dera's.

Our second visit was even better than the first. Open for early dinner. Very family friendly. Delightful waiting staff, really good curries, great prices. Our new favourite!

We had to wait 50 minutes until our escapes arrive, and we had to ask for messers and forks. when our main dishes arrived, we were completely underwhelmed by the portions and taste. my daughter had butterhuh, her favorite, and it didn't taste like previous visits. we also found a hair in our rice, and my garn masala lacked taste and the garnels were quite hard and chewy, and our garnish naan had no garlic! we have gone to this restaurant and had takeaways for many years, but we have decided that this was our last visit, we will not go again. to add this, they tried to calculate the full amount and after leaving said that the chef was new! are warned!

Eating here is delicious over the comparison. dera has gone to the restaurant for a year.
