Tim Horton's - Gravenhurst

The only complaint is the cleanliness. Obviously a busy location with standard Tim Hortons food and service.

This must be the worst Tim Hortons location. I have stopped here many times and each time I swear I will never go back. There is always a long line inside, (more so than normal in a Tim Hortons) and the drive thru takes forever. Today I opted for the drive thru and with 5 cars in front of me it took 20 minutes! I've used the washroom here twice; never again. I suggest you go to Canadian Tire up the road for a cleaner option. I'm not sure if it's understaffed, poorly run, or something else but this place needs a restaurant make over. Seriously, did I just write a bad review of a Tim Hortons!?

Drive through experience was great. .fast, friendly and the coffee and tea was hot! Great service....we got our stuff and were on our way quickly!

What can I saw about Tim Horton's that hasn't already been said in countless reviews. The coffee and treats at this location are very good. Service was fast and friendly even though it was quite busy when I stopped in and the restaurant was clean. The further north I go the more spread apart the Tim's locations seem to be but this one covers Gravenhurst close to Highway 11. Stop in is you need a coffee.

When I travel I have to have my Timmy's. Convenient location near the Welcome To Gravenhurst sign. Fast service and as always outstanding coffee.
