Opern Cafe - Graz

We had breakfast there. super nice place with a chic interior style. not many vegan options that was a pitty. we had the vegan porridge and the vegan bowl. both were great.

They are on summer holidays! go to 1. september.

But happy **** allows only 4 for non-veg companies. her breakfast was so damn good. you brot was amazing. I still can't believe that something was as simple and banal as brot was my high point. also her dressing was fantastic. it tasted like ranch (or how I remember it so much that I wanted to ask if it was really vegan. the atmosphere of the caffe is more top class, its decor is sweet and yet classic. they have (fake? plants on the whole window side, parts of it hang down and it is wonderful. their deck is full of bold, colorful patterns (and chandeliers, depending on where they sit. they have comfortable chairs and couches, even some kisses. her service was good. I'd like to come back. another thing, it is a good idea to make a reservation. the place is packed in the rule.

The opern caffe offers a good vegan breakfast. it includes brot, several spreads and obst is beautifully presented. a good choice for Sunday morning, if almost nothing else is open. beautiful and slightly unusual atmosphere.

The Opern Cafe was closed for refurbishment and the refurbishment is pleasant. Having been in there on the day it reopened for a drink, for coffee early in the morning and a few times since for a drink or coffee, most recently last week, other...than the decor it is no better. Service was always a hit and miss affair here. Under the new management I actually find it has got worse, more disinterested and just not good enough. Customer service is about making guests feel welcome, not the arrogance of staff or the new manager. The tables are not always that clean, last week there were marks where previous drinks had been placed and had not wiped down adequately. Not the first time! This place has potential as it is an old famous cafe in the city, it needs to be better and needs serious staff training
