Das Konzept von Ginko hat mich einfach nur fasziniert. Die Auswahl an veganen Speisen ist unfassbar und alles, was ich probiert habe, hat lecker geschmeckt. Ich bin froh, dass ich diesen tollen Ort gefunden habe. Danke für dieses vegane Erlebnis! Ich werde es jedem empfehlen, der nach Graz reist.

I really enjoy the price and taste of the food! It depends on what you put on your place as it is charged by weight. I prefer raw food so I paid 6,50€ for a huge plate of salad and steamed sweet potatoes! They could have an option for raw desserts but that’s complaining on high ends as I really enjoyed it there! Will come back For sure! Good energy there

Large space for all captivating (and nutritional requirements) ginko is a vegan buffet-organized restaurant. most dishes are gluten-free. they have a wide range of cold and warm dresses, from which you can choose. the various salads and main courses include eastern-mediteran, adriatic-mediteranean as well as Austrian home kitchen and include, for example, roasted vegetables, quinoa, dahls and curries or stew like ratatuille. the menu varies daily, all the dishes are prepared locally and the products are produced locally and organically. the price is the weight of the plate, in general it is worth on the higher side, but definitiw every penny! I highly recommend this place.
