La Madeleine - Great Wood

This place is always very relaxing for me to visit. The quaint atmosphere is refreshing it has a unique charm that you can't find at other dessert places. Though I adore their desserts, their breakfast plates are perfectly savory and satisfying.

The food at this place is getting worse every day, I ordered a pasta for my son and it was hard cream with no flavor and a bad taste, I do not recommend this place.

Love, love, love their pastries, breads, Florentine (spinach quiche, strawberry salad (no bacon! , potato gallete, etc.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options do exist or you can have some things adjusted to make them vegetarian like salads.Parking: Easy parking right up front.Kid-friendliness: Very family friendly restaurant.Wheelchair accessibility: Multiple entrances and everything is one level. ADA compliant.

Horrible experience with the rude staff managed by Patty who is extremely rude and unprofessional. She couldn’t even explain what kind of sauce on pasta la Madeline. My order was wrong and the whole experience was unpleasant. Never going back because of the rude manager patty. Look at the amount of negative reviews since patty became the store manager.

La Madeleine is always delicious and fresh. This Ceaser Chicken sandwich is so simple but extremely delicious. I was very impressed with the service and attention from Doris, she was super sweet, polite and very welcoming. A+ Thank you.
