Long story short I placed an order with this woman a week in advanced, we discussed when I needed it and by what time (Saturday feb 27 at 4pm) we both agreed that she would drop it off, I paid for the cake and all in advance. Well lets just say Saturday comes no cake, no text, no phone call and definitely no explanation on why she never brought me my cake. She called 6hours later to ask if I still wanted my cake, what no of course I don 't I already went to the store to buy ANOTHER one. All I asked was for a refund and that hasn 't happened either. So you guys please be careful on who you do business with; as you can tell some business people aren 't very trustworthy.

Her cookies are exceptional! From design to taste. I’m always searching for the next occasion to get a quick fix.

I ordered the toffee, pecan and chocolate chip cookies. They were shipped(from Houston)and arrived(in KY)within a few dats just as though they were baked that day. One of my favorites. ..so delicious! !

Those cupcake tastes great!!! My daughter and her friends loved the taste and look. Especially my daughter who was so happy the toppings didn't taste like that artificial store bought thick icing. Some of her friends didnt want any cupcakes tell the saw them!

I absolutely loved my birthday cake. I’m not a big sweets person and my girlfriend surprised me with one of these cakes. It was absolutely delicious, my girlfriend order a buttery cake with real Italian buttercream frosting with as little sweetness as possible. The flavor was perfect!!! So buttery and moist, and the frosting was fluffy and soft and not too sweet I could’ve eaten it out the bowl. PrincessBakes couldn’t have followed the request any better. We will be back!!!
