This store is easier to get into than the one closer to our house. So this one is preferable

During my recent visit to this particular location, I was disappointed once again with the quality of the food. The donuts were rushed out the door and in odd shapes/appearance and taste; it's not what I was expecting from this chain. The kolache, which used to be a highlight of my visits, had a strange aftertaste that made it nearly inedible. Not only was the taste disappointing, but the overall presentation was also lacking. The donuts looked unappetizing, lacking the usual vibrant colors and enticing glazes that I have seen in the past. It seemed as though they were rushed out to fill the orders from the store front and drive through. As a loyal customer, it pains me to say that this particular location has failed to live up to the high standards set by other locations of this chain. The decline in food quality is concerning, and it makes me question whether I will continue to support this establishment in the future. I sincerely hope that the management takes these concerns seriously and takes the necessary steps to rectify the issues at hand. As a longtime customer, I believe that this location has great potential, but it is currently falling short. I hope to see improvements in the near future so that I can once again enjoy the delicious donuts and kolache that I have come to love from this chain since childhood. I'll give this location one (1) more chance.
