Had a booking here on Sunday night. no one here, ghost town, very unprofessional. they can book, but never check-in.

Rude recipients, about the phone and in person, at the review in person was treated with a racist, degrading, judicious, woman who informs my partner and I that because of our races they will sue us $270 for a room and another $200 for a deposit because where I live, and because of our ethnicity that they told me to block their room and hotel

Loved our stay and would definitely stay back. we had both breakfasts and it was nice. room: we were in room 14 and it looked like it had been refurbished. bed comfortable, many kisses, window seat, light and airy. walkability: easy walk to shop and parkland. directly opposite the lake. room: 5 service: 5 location: 5 hotel highlights: great value
