Ma Pa's - Greeneville

It's sad they ask you on a call in order what you want and they still mess it up. Then when you call them out on it they get an attitude about it. Had to ask for silverware and condiments for to go order.

I think the staff and the prices were good and the service was exceptional. I hear a lot of people brag about the food often. The only issue I have is: I was disappointed with the lack of cleanliness. I don't say that to hurt anyone's feelings. It just smells musty and lacks fresh and airyness. I realize this restaurant has been around for many, many years. I know it is a favorite to many. I can see there are a lot of regulars who frequent here often. I can envision how much of a difference it could make in the atmosphere if it was deep cleaned, freshened up throughout.

Friendly staff. Bacon cheeseburger and sides were great. I would recommend giving them a try.

This was my first visit, and I had a fantastic experience! The service was excellent, and the food was amazing! My daughter was craving chicken livers, which happened to be the special of the day. My husband enjoyed a mushroom Swiss burger that reminded him of the ones he loves from Manhattan. As for me, being from Indiana, I was thrilled to find breaded tenderloin on the menu since they’re not available in Tennessee. The restaurant may not be large, but everything was so delicious!

Vegetarian options: Lots of good vegetables. Waitress was very helpful and knowledgeable about options without meat.
