Staffed by several young people even the managers. Walked in and they all were dancing and play fighting in the lobby. Placed my order and they gave my order to drive through. Many people walked out. Staff had hats worn backwards, eating and drinking while taking orders and cooking. Walking around on their phones. It was very unprofessional..and I was embarrassed for them. I ended up asking for a refund. The entire store needs to be revamped, terminate the entire staff and hire a real store manager.
Everytime I go there they always mess up my order. Maybe if worker were not on their phones they could get order right. Worse burger king funny thing is there sign says under new management still same poor service!!
Dining room was open. Clean. And the food was good. The only problem I had was that the fries could have been done a lil more. Other than that the staff was nice. They were joking around and looked like they were having fun. I'd eat there again.
Went through the drive thru was asked to pull ahead waiting over 30 minutes for my order. Had to go inside to see what was going on and waited an additional 10 minutes. After all of that the order was incorrect. I will not be going back to this location. If I could give zero stars I would. Do not recommend
