Contribuisci feedbackIt was quiet when we went. Found ourselves a table as noone greeted and seated us. The manager seemed to take offence to this in an empty restaurant. I think they need to be more non it and then I wouldn't feel the need to seat myself. There was no atmosphere apart from the frosty from the manager definitely not my favourite branch. Food was fine.
Always a great experience and the chef they had on the grilled yesterday was 10 out of 10. So good we ordered more chicken
As we arrived we noticed it was a little busy but that there were ample seats and booths available and politely asked if it were possible we could be seated there as we had bags with us. The response was a passive aggressive worker telling us those booths are for six people when there was clearly a couple already sitting in one of the booths. The customers prior to us were a family of two with a small child and they had been directed to the even bigger booths so that further debunked her statement. This worker then walked away leaving me and my friend wondering what 's going on? The worker returned after 20seconds and reluctantly obliged and said eh I guess you can sit there in a rude tone. I ordered my food through the app and waited over 35minutes to be served. They had forgotten my spicy rice and I informed the supervisor to which she very rudely looked around at our table, rolled her eyes and walked away without saying anything. At one point I even caught that previous worker pointing over at us and discussing something with her supervisor which was obviously very unprofessional. A complete lack of etiquette, grace and basic manners at this nandos. Perhaps a retraining on customer service is necessary. The actual food was great and tasted delicious though. I must also point out that apart from those two members of staff, the other workers were working hard and were very friendly. Overall, we will not be returning to this branch due to their poor attitude towards customers.What a shame.
I mostly order for collection but every time I go collect my food I'm really disappointed with the portion they give in this specific branch. There should be standard for how much food they give, if they don't have enough at least inform the customer and offer to give them something else instead. It is really unfair that people do these things.
Quite dirty place, floor dirty, disgusting toilets. Smelly dishes. Shocking how it came down from 5 stars to it's state now. Attended on father's Day, they left the keys in the main door. Warned them about it, not a thank you! In return. The place was a mess. Must be a useless new manager! My previous reviews were 5 stars. Used to go there regularly. Never again,,!
