Flavors and cooking styles are mashed up to give you things like salami carrots or campfire butter. Only open on alternating Saturdays in season (current year), this tasting experience is a quintessential part of the North Fork and not to be missed. Reservations are mandatory and often need to be made well in advance. Seating is very limited.
We had fun here, but the wine pour was pretty small.
Awesome! This was the best dining experience we have had in several years and several countries. I wish we lived closer.
The atmosphere, service, and food were all fantastic. For a price, you can bring your own alcohol, but they also have wine available for purchase. The food was incredible. I like the fact that the menu is pre selected for you, and it changes every week; so if you go multiple times you won't have the same meal twice. I also like that they support local food sources for their dinners. Everything that is served is grown/caught on the North Fork of Long Island. Reservationis required, so I would definitely check it out and make the reservation ASAP.
