Jack's - Greensboro

Jack is in Greensboro, AL on 22. October 2022 we moved to the Drive-Thru speaker and it took the person who took orders for a while to confirm that we could place our order. We said hello! The person who grew up with us can keep you on our system below, so we sat there on the speaker for about 10 minutes. We said hi again to ask how long the system would be because it was not sensible to sit there without service. This person came back to the speaker and again grows DIDN 'T YOU HEAR ME SAY WAIT CAUSE OUR SYSTEM IS DOWN?! I said you are really evil and rude to the customers and we drove away without buying anything from Jack's in GREENSBORO, ALABAMA. If I could then give a ZERO rating that is exactly what I would give them!!

Ordered a 3 piece dark meal and ended with all white meat. Breast and two wings. The food was boiled and dry. It took 20 minutes to be served.

My only complaint is this listing shows photos of garbage on Google cards. No good first impression.

We used the drive thru, barely waited, ordered, got food, all was good! C'mon, give us a thumbs up! ???

I had to leave 2 reviews!!! Half-sized portions on sides. Cold to the Touchburgers. Not room temp. COLD. Soggy chicken sandwich that had a foul taste, almost like the friyer oil had never been changed. Did not order pickles on everything and received 6 pickles on each sandwich. The worst fast food food I ever had the lack of reception. Even ate my meal. Didn't complain to the staff, I think when it was the first time there was no redemption.
