The food was exceptional, earning a perfect score of 5 out of 5. The flavors and presentation were outstanding. The service was also commendable, rated at 4 out of 5, with attentive staff who made our evening enjoyable. The atmosphere was inviting and comfortable, contributing to a pleasant dining environment, rating it a solid 4 out of 5. I highly recommend this restaurant for a delightful dinner within an affordable price range.

During our stay in the area, a friend suggested we check out Carl's, and I'm really glad we did. We opted for takeout. Unfortunately, the service could have been better as the staff wasn't very friendly, otherwise I would have rated them a 5. However, the pizza was fantastic! We had a thin crust cheese pizza topped with bacon. The cheese was flavorful, and the crust was wonderfully crispy. I would definitely return for takeout if we're in the vicinity again.

These guys are the ONLY restaurant that delivers to my home from Greenup. They are courteous and they have great food! Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20
