Chipotle Mexican Grill - Greenville

A PIECE OF HAIR WAS FOUND IN MY FOOD I WAS VERY UPSET AND THE ?MANAGER WILL? SAID TO CALL CORPORATE?HE HAD NO EMPATHY AT ALL. I AM TRULY DISGUSTED

The Male Manager at greenville Blvd location is so friendly welcoming and professional. He accommodated my request for the Chicken apollo Bowl.... when they were all out ..he simply added the sauce to the regular chicken which was just as delicious for my son and I!.. I come to this location just for his great service!!... Good Customer Service means alot to me and who I give money to!

Regular customer and always had fine service but when I went two days ago with my family , the front line person was horrible!! Didn?t welcome or greet us when we were next just started at us like if I was supposed to read him mind . Next I told him first part of the ordered and continue to look forward no eye contact and I ask him ? are you ready for us?? He just looked like ? duhhh? after he was done with us he kept looking around sighing and shaking his head at how much business was coming in and honestly did not like the service. He put no effort in anything expect for showing how bad he wanted to be there and how much he loved his job

Ok. First thing first is the food was good and not bad at all. Second thing is when I asked why my double meat looked skimpy, the preparer put more in the bowl without an argument ensuing. I also left at 9pm. This is the only problem I really had here. Every single garbage can was filled to the brim with trash and also there was some trash left on tables. The customer service was good and the food was excellent. The store has a 98 grade as well. Overall I had to give y?all a three. If the trash was taken out and was cleaner in the store I would give a 5 all day
