However, the person who delivered the food was a man and the pizza was cold. It was inconvenient to have to reheat our order after paying extra for delivery. Additionally, having to tip at the time of the order resulted in us tipping for cold food. We will not be ordering from this restaurant again and would prefer Atlanta Bread Co instead.
I enjoy the food when it is fresh, but I am not a big fan of the old or dry bagels. The salads are spectacular and I appreciate the option to order half portions. The high-pitched hand vac sweeper noise over the music is annoying and makes it difficult to hear conversations. It seems unnecessary to use such a small device in a dining area of that size. The temperature is always uncomfortably cold, and I do not enjoy eating with goosebumps.
Since moving to the new location, the quality of the food at this restaurant has significantly decreased. The last few times I have ordered, items were missing and even the soup has changed. Despite these changes, the prices continue to increase. I understand firsthand the growing costs of running a business, but it's important to be cautious when making cuts. I won't be returning after today, especially after paying over $6 for an Asiago breakfast sandwich. Panera used to be one of my favorite restaurants, but not anymore.
The drive-thru loudspeaker had problems, as the employee repeated me and ranked me completely wrong in one of the articles. After pulling into the window we waited 20 minutes before we got our food, and they never gave us our drinks and seemed surprised when we asked them. The bread bowl and the side of the bread are hard as a rock and inedible, and the rest of the food, while it was edible enough was not very good. This was our second time that this place is trying again and will certainly be the last. Food is overpriced for what you actually get on the terrible service.
I ordered this afternoon. When it arrived, my eating was right, but my man's sandwich was missing. I called the load and they said they were gonna give me the missing sandwich. So I ordered it again. this time they sent the totally wrong sandwich. we called the load again and the manager gave me back. I understand that places are short-circuited. but this load cannot be maintained with orders. it is not fair for customers and employees at this place.
