Freddy's Cafe - Greymouth

I have frequented this restaurant and discovered a number of excellent gluten-free options, both savory and sweet.

I ordered a Caesar Salad with chicken. It was a good portion, beautifully presented, and the dressing was served on the side, which I really appreciated. It made for a delicious lunch that I thoroughly enjoyed, especially paired with a delightful pot of English breakfast tea. Thank you!

Fantastic coffee! Conveniently located near the Greymouth railway station. If you have a spare 10 minutes before your Tranz Alpine train, it's definitely worth stopping by. The food also looks appealing.

Fantastic food and coffee! The cappuccino was delightful, and the iced coffee came topped with real whipped cream. Since there were only a few customers, our meals arrived promptly. We ordered pancakes and eggs Benedict. The pancakes were the fluffiest I've ever tasted, generously topped, and the eggs on the Benedict were cooked to perfection. I highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area!

A great place to meet and eat. Value for money. Massive size scones for the price. Table service and very helpful and friendly staff.
